RENTAL APPLICATION
Looking to apply for one our rentals properties? Please feel free to download our rental application below. Please note that all persons over the age of 18 that will be residing in the premises will need to complete a rental application. The cost to apply is $30.00 per applicant.
REPAIR REQUEST

NOTICE TO VACATE
All notices to vacate premises must be submitted in writing to our office. Please verify the expiration of your lease before submitting this request. On the 30 day notice, please submit the date which you are expected to vacate, what date you would like to schedule your pre-inspection, your new forwarding address, and telephone number. This notice must be signed by all parties that are listed on the lease. Your 30 day notice may be mailed to our office at the address listed below, or can be faxed (951)213-3535 or emailed jdaltonproperties@gmail.com
AUTO-PAYMENTS
Yes we do have the option of automatic payments!!! Download the form below and submit to our office with a voided check. Your next month's rent will be deducted automatically from your checking account. You may also email this form to jdaltonproperties@gmail.com
